With over four decades of experience across a range of sectors including fleet, equipment & logistics he has a wealth of knowledge and capability that will help drive the business forward.

A fantastic communicator, Peter has also focused a great amount of his time on supporting, mentoring and training others. He has a considerable understanding of the challenges faced by those who have been marginalised and stigmatised, whether they be ex-offenders, long-term unemployed, or suffering from a chronic health condition.

Over the last 15 years Peter has worked with experts across industry and government to pilot interventions aimed at removing barriers to skills and employment opportunities for prison leavers and people on community orders. Skills42 is Peter’s Everest, and he has assembled a team of like-minded people to help him conquer it.
