Our training programmes, designed with sector leaders and delivered across 3 Levels, package together the key training required by employers to get someone employment ready immediately.
Our modular syllabus ensures that delegates can achieve tangible results quickly, helping them to build their confidence daily and attain work readiness within as little as 5-days (Level 1).
Levels are progression-based, allowing delegates to enhance their learning should they wish to. Our core training days are a mix of technical theory, practical application, support syllabus and Supervised Work Experience (SWE).
All programmes are delivered by instructors from our sister company, Training Places UK Ltd, ensuring that our delegates benefit from the same industry-leading standards & syllabus requirements provided to their commercial peers.
By training in a real operational environment, our delegates have the opportunity to apply their learning and gain valuable experience, meeting a key pre-requisite of most employers.
