Peter is a highly experienced entrepreneur and infrastructure operator with over 40 years’ experience across the construction, utilities, and property sectors in the UK and Europe. As Founder of Maybrook Investments, he has established a diversified, asset-backed platform comprising commercial property, strategic development land, and operating businesses across utilities, environmental services, plant, and transport.

Peter has a strong track record in delivering major infrastructure projects and developing operational businesses aligned with essential national services. His portfolio includes key industrial and strategic sites, notably Bradley Park and Gwelyfenai in North Wales, which are positioned to support future infrastructure, energy, and industrial development.

He is also the driving force behind Skills42 and Training Places Group, initiatives focused on addressing critical workforce shortages within the utilities and construction sectors. Through these platforms, Peter is committed to developing scalable, industry-aligned training solutions, including targeted programmes supporting individuals from disadvantaged and criminal justice backgrounds, with a focus on long-term employment and social value.
